The Opportunity:

As the Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) Cross Functional Processes Marketing Plan to Cash (Finance) you are part of the Roche Services & Solutions Business Process Management (RSS BPM) Finance x-Functional organization and report functionally to the Global Business Process Manager (GBPM) and administratively to the Chapter Lead.

In this role, you will

Drive the implementation of ASPIRE in your region

Actively pursue the implementation of the end-to end (E2E) BPM strategy with specific focus on the area of Order-to-Cash (Collection & Credit Management, Treasury)

Contribute to global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within Order-to-Cash as your focus business process area

Be the empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM.

Work closely with E2E GBPM & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions

Who You Are:

You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education.

5-7 years' professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Collection & Credit Management and Treasury operations.

You also bring the following skills and competencies:

E2E business process area understanding and process knowledge

Strong technical competencies in SAP (S4Hana) FI/CO modules

Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (e.g. Lean)

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset

Good collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions

Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams

Good change management and conflict management skills and experience
