Account Receivable Specialist at Syensqo is managing and overseeing the incoming payments from our customers, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded, processed, reconciled and reported in a timely manner.
This position is also active to solve blocking points and answer any related customers' questions.
This position will report to the Regional Team Leader for Credit, Cash Collection and AR.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver full Accounts Receivable operational services, from cash allocation to management of doubtful customers, on a timely basis, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and compliance. Ensure up-to-standard service delivery, correct processing of data and maintenance of the system: Conduct regular control checks and critical operational controls Perform systems customizations Support process and quality implementation Support Operations Representatives (ability to do their work) Deliver full Accounts Receivable operational services, from cash allocation Manage doubtful customers, on a timely basis, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and compliance Ensure up-to-standard service delivery, correct processing of data and maintenance of the system: Conduct regular control checks and critical operational controls Perform systems customizations Support process and quality implementation Support Operations Representatives (ability to do their work)
Education and Experience
University degree (Finance or accounting is a plus but other backgrounds are also considered)
Skills and behavioural competencies*
Ready to take initiative and results oriented Ability to follow-up and follow through with multiple tasks Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Excel SAP knowledge is a plus
Language skills
Good level of spoken and written skills in English for all positions.
Bangkok: Chinese required on some position in Bangkok
