For our GBS H2R CN team, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to help us drive HR administration within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

Strictly following the monthly payroll process, from payroll preparation to post payroll, responsible for payroll logic/data check Becoming familiar with the overall payroll calculation logic and being able to handle the process independently Keeping a good record of monthly working files, recording specialties, and following compliance requirements Downloading templates and checking mass data of employee HR information according to different HR processes, and uploading data to SAP systems Analyzing error messages for data uploading and providing solutions Working closely with other colleagues to ensure accurate data maintenance in the system and correct salary calculation Consolidating and investigating the current process, and raising optimization ideas Supporting other teams' work within GBS H2R CN and completing other tasks assigned by the manager

Your defining qualities

Fluent in oral and written English Bachelor's degree or above 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Familiar with government payroll policy Familiar with HR system functionality, preferably with SAP background Proficient in MS Office Good process, quality control, and problem-solving abilities
