The **RPA Bot Operator** will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing robotic process automation (RPA) bots using **UiPath/Blue Prism** software. This role includes monitoring bot performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth integration of RPA solutions into various business processes and will support operations across **four regions** : North America (NA), Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Latin America (LATAM). The role is expected to include a high likelihood of night shifts to accommodate North America and LATAM operations. **Responsibilities:** + Oversee daily scheduling and operations of UiPath/Blue Prism bots. + Monitor system logs, performance, and overall health to ensure bots are functioning optimally. + Manage bot jobs, queues, and workflows to ensure they are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business needs + Identify and resolve technical issues impacting bot execution. + Work with development teams to troubleshoot and correct any bot malfunctions. + Implement, test, and validate corrective actions to minimize future disruptions. + Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and updates to ensure bots remain efficient and reliable. + Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of new RPA bots a + Maintain comprehensive records of bot activities, performance, issue resolution, and other key metrics. + Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of RPA bots into business workflows. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. + Prior experience with **UiPath/Blue Prism** RPA software. + Proven track record in monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting automated processes. + Familiarity with scripting languages or other automation tools is advantageous + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively. + Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. + Exceptional attention to detail and operational accuracy. + Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
