Your key responsibilities

 

Lead end-to-end GBS transition and transformation initiatives for clients globally Collaborate with clients to assess their current GBS delivery model, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a roadmap for GBS transformation Develop and implement GBS operating models, processes, and governance structures that align with clients' business objectives Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful GBS adoption and sustained performance improvement Drive operational efficiency and value creation by identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing GBS delivery processes and resources Lead and mentor teams of consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure successful project delivery and team performance Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the GBS domain, sharing insights and expertise with clients and colleagues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in mentoring teams, driving performance and results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

University degree in economics 5-7 years of experience in GBS transformation projects, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment Strong expertise in GBS operations, operating models, and processes across various functions and industries Strong track record of successful project delivery and client management in complex and global environments Excellent communication skills in English; any additional language is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Visio (or any other tool for mapping processes).
