Job Description:

SUMMARY:

The (PSL) Post Sales Logistics Customer Service Representative handle urgent transportation needs for strategic level customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The PSL Representative takes incoming calls, emails, and instant messages from warehouse customers to deliver goods with customized solutions. Typical customer expectations can be to have repair parts delivered from a warehouse to destination within hours.

Order Placement & TrackingMake sure all orders are processed within SLA. Prioritize Specialty Accounts. Monitor the parts from pickup to deliveryProactively monitors orders to avoid delaysFix delayed orders to avoid further issuesEnsure all orders are delivered on time

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:

The PSL representative is customer focused, service/detail oriented, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer’s goals.Should be problem solvers, able to troubleshoot urgent situations and provide custom transportation solutions. Representative can be called on to identify problems with existing transportation orders and get the shipment moving to the correct destination quickly.
