We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic student who is interested in making a difference in the Global Business Services at Kraft Heinz as a GBS Transformation Intern. The Kraft Heinz Global Business Services (GBS) organization is establishing a Project Management Center of Excellence (COE) with a team of Project Management professionals to lead high-profile, complex transformation projects while helping to facilitate successful agile delivery using a combination of Waterfall/Lean/Agile practices. The ideal candidate will be a Masters or MBA student in Business, Engineering, or related domain. You are an ideal candidate if you are highly organized, have strong communication skills, can work across multiple time zones, and excel in a fast-paced environment with rapid change.
Requirements
No prior experience in project management is needed. Below are a few key responsibilities that you will have the opportunity to learn.
Project Execution
Supports program, portfolio or project managers in administrative task enabling better delivery of the project. Monitors, analyzes and evaluates project performance (Cost, Quality and Time) in relation to agreed business case. Reports project performance to the program, portfolio or project manager and relevant team members. Collects all project status reports and arrange for appropriate management reporting. Supports the process of deploying project –management- best practices and lessons learned. Analyzes the portfolio development and reports progress and issues back to the project manager and relevant team members. Takes the first steps in leading/managing smaller projects. Chips in/leads Project Management best practices contributions and PMO improvement initiatives.Communication
Responsible for all project communications to leadership, the stakeholder community, and project team Proactively understands how and when to communicate difficult/critical information tactfully.Leadership
Works under the guidance of Project, Program or Portfolio Manager in bigger programs and takes the first steps in working independently in smaller projects. Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders, ensuring optimal information- and communication flow regarding project progress, issues, dependencies and risks. Leads teams and manages stakeholders effectively through influence and engagement. Efficiently identifies and removes roadblocks to project execution.Project Scoping
Build the required project structure including concept, oversight, communication, and the team. Assists in creating Project Charter, facilitates definition of scope, and achievement deliverables inclusive of vendor related contracts. Identify the scope activities and build projects breakthrough schedule.Qualifications
No work experience is required Masters or MBA student from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Analytical field Interest in project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexibility to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency. Must have the ability to embrace a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid change Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams while maintaining focus on outcomes and/or removing barriers Ability to handle multiple projects, problem solving skills and attention to details A great teammate with energy and passion to motempowerd engage others Proficient PC skills (specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook required)Recruitment process:

What we offer you:
Program start date: January/February 2025 Duration: 6 months Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses Location: Amsterdam, hybridThis is a hybrid position – you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
