The Consultative Analyst should be able to design and develop innovative, user-friendly dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to support Broadspire’s Consultative Analytics team in solving stakeholders’ business problems, improving client outcomes, and strengthening client relationships.

 

 

Job Scope Works with Account Executives, Sales Executives, Consultative Leads, and other stakeholders to build client-specific strategies that will lead to measurable success and build long-term preference with the buyerDesigns new and differentiated solutions we can offer to our clients, tests solutions/programs for benefits, and develops material to explain and promote solutions.Creates innovative prototypes for sales screenshots and demos, often with very quick turnaroundsImplements client-facing and/or internal dashboards in Power BI and develop updates with their enhancementsCommunicates the dashboards developed to stakeholders effectively and provides basic to in-depth user trainingEnhances existing products such as the Program Health DashboardsJoins product squads and develops reports for that squad’s metrics and other needsAssists the Issue Coordinators in answering questions on Power BI-related requests, or sometimes fulfill the role of triaging tickets and determining what’s needed from relevant partiesUpholds the Crawford Code of Conduct

 

Functional Knowledge 2-3 years of related experience requiredBachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or any related field. Education in both quantitative and qualitative areas, preferred.Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skillsSignificant experience with Microsoft Power BI for report/dashboard development, distribution, and administration, including Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power QueryFamiliarity with SQL, MS Access, or other database programsFamiliarity with statisticsGood command and understanding of data visualization best practicesKnowledge of basic user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles is a plusCapable of quickly learning new toolsProject management experienceFocused on solutions: employee is aware of roadblocks but is continually applying creativity and a comprehensive approach to overcome roadblocks.Highly organized thinking, writing, and presenting so that key points are delivered powerfully and clearly to the right audienceAbility to think critically about problems to create appropriate solutions
