The role of HRIS Data Analyst involves working closely with HR and other functional areas to ensure that the organization’s human capital is effectively managed and utilized. This role will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.


Key competencies include data analysis, relationship management, HR expertise, communication, and HR systems.

Job Scope Utilize strong analytical and leadership skills to coordinate, facilitate, and implement processes relating to credentialing, recruitment, classification, employee records, and required human resources reporting.Shares responsibility and collaborates with line of business SMEs for performing data analysis (deep diving) for business requests and to design/develop ad hoc reports. Aggregates and performs analysis on data based on requests from project teams or senior leadership. Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance HR processes and policies.Compiles/prepares manual reports of findings, observations, and recommendations into statistical and narrative reports. Integrates data from multiple data sources and ensures data accuracy and integrity. Makes updates as necessary.Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HCM application (Oracle) and payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, and other sources.Work directly with end-users to identify, investigate, and resolve data issues. Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects.Ensure system data integrity and accuracy, conduct regularly scheduled reviews and audits of information input/reports to validate and/or reconcile data.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data managementAssist the US HRIS department and perform other duties as assigned.Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct. Functional Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similarProven experience in HR analytics or a related field, preferably within a corporate environmentExperience with HCM platforms (e.g. Oracle HCM, Workday, ADP, SAP) is highly desirableStrong statistical and analytical skillsExperience working with US based companies100% fluent in English (verbal & written)Ability to work US Eastern or Central time zoneAbility to analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights.High-level of attention to details; accuracy and precision in handling and analyzing dataAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and conciselyAbility to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee data and adhering to our data protection regulations.Ability to facilitate effective and efficient meetings to gather information and outline processes.Work successfully in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment in which meticulous attention to detail is expected.Exhibit exceptional organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and analytical/problem solving skills.Takes initiative to accomplish business objectives, seek new assignments, and request to learn more about the business.
