Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
This role will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce platform software. They will develop and maintain a GM Envolve operational support structure, handle SFDC business administrative tasks, and coordinate consistent processes between other business teams using Salesforce. The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, more user-friendly and communicate the benefit.
What You’ll Do
Data and ReportingMaintain production data integrity through data auditsCreate, manage, and maintain necessary Salesforce reports and dashboards Coordinate the delivery of insights to appropriate teams using new, existing or curated dataUser Management and TrainingAssist in planning and facilitating new employee onboarding activities and departing employee off-boarding activitiesCreate, consolidate, manage GM Envolve Salesforce training, associated training resources and standard operating (desk) proceduresCollaborate with training department at GM Envolve (including other business units like OnStar and GM Energy) to develop and drive adoption plans for new capabilities, releases, and processesSprint Planning and SupportSupport gathering business requirements with technical teams leveraging agile development best practices; attend sprint retrospectives to ensure programs are completed with high standardsTracking sprint plans, timelines and distributing release notes for business facing capabilitiesSupport new capabilities with training material (types TBD); bi-monthly deliverables that include job aids/how-to do something new that was launchedManaging a release calendar accessible for business with links to sprint plansAdditional Job DescriptionYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
