Job Description

As a Member of the Team, You Will

Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business needs with regards to reporting and dashboard requests.Develop a deep understanding of the business requirements by facilitating workshops to capture business objectives, pain-points, and opportunities.Utilize your process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, define the scope and deliver solutions that automate and improve the quality of reports and dashboards.Estimate effort and assess headcounts required to develop and implement the solution.Create proposals & creative presentations using appropriate tools (e.g., MS-Office)Create and execute project schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Develop user stories to document business requirements as necessary.Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project.Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to partners.Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.Minimizes GBST’s exposure and risk by managing scope and mitigating risk on project.Ability to be a change agent, using influence, education and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes.Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements leveraging digital solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field5+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project managementDemonstrated experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies to implement process improvementsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver resultsDetail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project resultsExperience with Agile / Scrum framework is preferable.Intermediate to advance level knowledge of Power BI and KNIME is preferable.Experience in managing end-to-end test cycles is preferableExperience in developing training manuals and conducting training is preferable.Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniquesHighly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Important: Must be willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT.
