Job DescriptionProvide technical and scientific expertise to support sales account managers and product specialists, focusing on applications and technical support.Participate in the sales process from deal qualification to closure, owning the technical closure of deals.Analyze customer requirements, recommend solutions, and contribute to account planning and technical sales strategies.Conduct product demos, technical seminars, and training sessions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive strategies, identify Agilent's advantages, and support sales targets.Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to influence product design and writing application briefs.Support pre-launch strategies for new products and contribute to recognized scientific forums.Ensure compliance with Agilent’s credentialing requirements for customer site access.
 QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications or licenses are a plus.At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in GC and petrochemical industry applications.Strong technical expertise and the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering technical seminars and training.
