We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Tenant Admin with a strong focus on security controls to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and securing M365 environments, including Endpoint Security, Microsoft Purview, CASB, Zero Trust architecture, and other security controls within M365. Experience with M365 GCC is preferred. This role requires a passion for leading global cybersecurity innovation and change, critical thinking, creativity, and challenging the status quo.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nManage and administer the M365 tenant with a focus on security controls.\nImplement and maintain Endpoint Security solutions to protect devices and data.\nUtilize Microsoft Purview and its tools to ensure data governance and compliance.\nDeploy and manage Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions to monitor and control cloud applications.\nDesign and implement Zero Trust architecture to enhance security posture.\nMonitor and respond to security incidents and alerts within the M365 environment.\nCollaborate with other IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.\nWork with data loss prevention controls and monitor systems for data movement.\nParticipate in incident response teams to help analyze, contain, and coordinate elements of security incidents.\nDevelop data security strategies and design data security architecture.\nStay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices in M365.\n\n

\n\nU.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nProven experience as an M365 Tenant Admin with a focus on security controls.\nStrong knowledge of Endpoint Security, Microsoft Purview, CASB, and Zero Trust architecture.\nExperience with M365 GCC is highly preferred.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\nRelevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar, are a plus.\nExperience with SPLUNK or other SIEM tools and data correlation.\nKnowledge of command-line interfaces or scripting tools in cloud environments is a plus.\n\n

The annual base salary\nrange for this position is $157k - $196k. This position in incentive eligible. Please note that this salary\ninformation serves as a general guideline.
