- Define and communicate the product vision: help develop a clear and inspiring vision aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Plan major functionalities and priorities for the medium and long term.
- Lead the realization of the roadmap by creating and managing the program backlog, including prioritization.
- Collaborate effectively with POs and UX designers to ensure that program priorities are translated into stories ready for development by teams.
- Measure the impact of delivered features and adjust priorities accordingly
- Participate in integrating feedback and product analytics data into strategy
- Work closely with development teams and other product, sales and marketing team members
- University degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in evaluating/developing payroll, human resources and time management solutions.
- CRM experience an asset
- Knowledge of user research an asset
- Customer-oriented;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- Demonstrate rigor, autonomy and initiative;
- Be a team player and comfortable in a constantly changing environment.
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Fluency in French and English;
- Knowledge of agile and SAFe methodology.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
