**Overview:**
The Contracts/Document Review Analyst assists with most aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration, focusing on servicing high net-worth private and institutional clients. This position supports less experienced account relationship managers with limited supervision and may serve as an administrator for medium to large or highly complex clients. The administrator will serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding daily administration, handling client inquiries, and facilitating client requests. This role is responsible for processing transactions, collecting necessary documents, managing cash disbursements, trades, account balances, and handling other client requests such as discretionary distributions and trust terminations.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee client relationships and provide appropriate recommendations for routine internal business activities.
+ Assist account representatives in revenue-generating activities by preparing documents, making recommendations, and participating in client meetings.
+ Manage daily implementation of client strategies, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
+ Foster strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and resolving issues or requests in a timely and professional manner.
+ Work with internal and external service partners to manage relationships, address issues requiring immediate attention, and resolve other concerns through normal business processes.
+ Stay current on industry news and trends, applying this knowledge both internally and externally to improve client service and internal operations.
+ Maintain an in-depth understanding of corporate policies, procedures, and controls relevant to the administrative role.
+ Promote a supportive and collaborative team environment, assisting with the development and success of team members.
+ Identify and escalate any risk-related issues in line with the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
+ Ensure timely implementation of audit points and regulatory recommendations to maintain M&T internal control standards.
+ Complete other related duties as assigned.
**Scope of Responsibilities:**
+ May provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced personnel or other staff members.
**Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:**
+ This role does not have direct supervisory or managerial responsibilities but may provide guidance and support to junior team members.
**Education and Experience Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust or entity administration or a related financial services role.
+ Strong knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and controls.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Education and Experience Preferred:**
+ Certification or designation in related field (e.g., CTFA, CFP) is a plus.
+ Experience with high net-worth or institutional clients is preferred.
