What You Can Expect
The GBS Global Customer Operations Specialist provides support to international customers as well as the Global Supply Chain organization. Ensure that all proper service is provided to Zimmer Biomet Entities, Third Party customers and vendors for activities such as order management, demand allocation, returns, communication and other related tasks.

Executes return recalls and transportation operations processes in the regionProcesses return transactionsExecutes inventory redeployment process in the regionMonitors shipment schedulesAdministers documentation for import/export and customs complianceAllocates goods within the system(NL)Dedicatedto support specific region based on volume and/or complexity.Registers service complaints and follow up till resolution.Supports cross functional process improvement initiatives and projects.Administersthe Order2Cash process.Miscellaneous duties as needed. Your BackgroundEducation/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.2 Years of relevant work experience or combination of work experience and advanced education. Preferred experience in commercial operations, supply chain or manufacturing.Preferred communication experience with customers.
