Mission
Role being part of the Global Cockpit Team of GCP&SO (Global Customer Projects and Services Operations)
Co-lead, together with Global DCR/CPQ team, overall global quotation transformation for project business, including analysis and definition of target global processes and operating models for category A/B/C projects, as well as definition of global business requirements of capabilities to be added to CPQ tool so that it is extended to cover SE project business as well; at a later stage, drive pilots and deployments based on agreed roadmaps; everything in partnership with key business, operations and support stakeholders

Drive Analysis, Definition & Validation of Global Quotation Processes & Operating Models for Project Business
· As-is analysis prior to definition of common targets involving all relevant businesses / LoBs in SE managing customer projects
· Leveraging PCT categorization and CPP process frameworks to properly cover all A/B/C project portfolio, with differentiated approaches
Drive Definition of Business Requirements for Digital Capabilities Required in CPQ
· Additional functionalities required to support target processes and operating models
· With end-to-end view from bFO opportunity management to ERP order booking and management
· Leveraging existing capabilities built in CPQ for other business models (equipment, services, transactional...)
· Leveraging existing capabilities built in other existing quotation tools (risk management, cash management...)
Drive Definition, Validation & Orchestration of Deployment Roadmaps including Pilots
· Based on agreed business priorities including global programs such as UNIFY
· Validating resource needs to cover deployment activities including but not limited to change management and training
· Building partnerships with operational quotation teams to drive effective deployments
· Monitoring process and tool adoption ensuring feedback and improvement loops
Drive Partnership with Key Businesses & LoBs, DCR, SE Digital & UNIFY Stakeholders
· Co-drive Quotation Transformation for projects, together with DCR
· Building partnership with key stakeholders from business, operations and support teams
· In case of roadblocks, acting as solution finder to meet business and transformation needs
Contribute to Continuous Improvement on Related Tools / Processes Initiatives
