GCR integrated marketing center leader , GCR Integrated Marketing Center Team
The GCR Marketing team is looking for a leader of Integrated Marketing Center (IMC). Aligning with the global integrated marketing direction and organizational structure, GCR Marketing are centralizing event and campaign digital expertise to form the Integrated Marketing Center. GCR integrated marketing center serve as the backbone organization, fostering a GCR marketing specialized talent pool to support the online/offline integrated campaign planning and delivery for flagship events and demand generation with quality, speed, and scale. The IMC will receive marketing go-to-market goals, strategy, and content support from industry and segment marketing teams. The right candidate will lead a team of event and digital marketing managers focused on the area which have successful experience in results-driven marketing and partnering with sales teams to drive demands growth as well as the entrepreneurial spirit.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking a highly experienced IMC team leader to deliver key job responsibilities including:
• Leading from the front: coach and empower IMC digital and event team to foster a collaborative and productive specialized digital/event talent pool to support the online/offline integrated campaign planning and delivery for flagship events and demand generation with quality, speed, and scale;
• Optimization through collaboration: Partner with industry marketing, segment marketing, PMM and growth marketing team etc. to monitor and optimize campaigns on a regular basis;
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of channel owners, fostering collaborative and high-performing environment focused on delivering exceptional results.
• Data-driven mindset: Utilizing a data-driven approach to guide the IMC team in creating and optimizing sophisticated marketing programs, structuring marketing plans, and being able to pivot flexibly and substantively based on in-market performance.
• Demonstrating the value of Integrated Marketing: Establishing the working model, roles and responsibilities (R&R), and corresponding standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the GCR IMC team, and continuously enhancing the efficiency and optimizing the campaign performance of IMC through effective management mechanisms.
• Nurturing a professional Integrated Marketing (IMC) team: For multiple team growth paths such as digital marketing, event marketing, and campaign marketing, continuously empowering the team's sustained growth by combining global and local learning resources. Designing a roadmap, driving the pace, and optimizing iterations for building a professional expertise team for GCR marketing.
