We are looking for a Latam Employer Brand and Engagement Manager, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Employer of Choice:
· Build and implement a comprehensive employer brand awareness and employee engagement strategy, encompassing communication plans, social media and community engagement strategies. This includes developing a Go-to-Market strategy for the region and managing its ongoing optimization.
· Strengthen Genpact’s brand visibility in the region through external events, job fairs (e.g., Talent Land), open houses, social media campaigns, etc.
· Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to tailor employer brand messages for each of the markets in the region.
· Collaborate with operations and HR teams to build external partnerships with local chambers of commerce, business groups, and universities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and support recruitment
· Support talent programs such as internships, campus recruitment and tech bootcamps partnership with HR and operations.
· Act as communications leader for such events and activities aligning talk track with our corporate communications teams. Employee Engagement for our Guadalajara Center
· Develop, implement and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant and connected work culture.
· Increase in-office participation through events, trainings, recognition programs, etc.
· Track and report on engagement in KPIs and support initiatives to improve them.
· Partner with key stakeholders across HR, recruitment, and other corporate teams to understand business needs and trends impacting reputation, branding, and marketing acquisition strategies.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
· Relevant and significant years of experience in marketing and corporate communications, with a strong focus on talent marketing and employer branding (including employer-of-choice campaign strategy).
· Experience in the technology/professional services/B2B industry is a plus.
· Language Skills: Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) writing skills, demonstrating both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
· Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects
· Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing and communications issues related to employer branding, community relations, recruitment, talent management, and retention.
· Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing and knowledge of social and digital channels to engage potential and current employees.
· Communication and Teamwork: Articulate and effective communicator with excellent team-building and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in matrix team environments.
