Trainee participates in a formal training program to become proficient in the operational and organizational functions and structure of the Department. Job requires application of professional engineering concepts, principles, practices and methods sufficient to perform a broad range of engineering activities in a variety of work environments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The selected candidate must meet the advertised minimum qualifications to include State Entry Qualifications as well as Agency Specific Qualifications. STATE ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or civil engineering technology, engineering with a civil specialization, construction engineering or other engineering/engineering technology field of study.
