In this role, your responsibilities will be
Ability to process independently the request types identified in the training plan for Level 1. Solving problems associated to the request types of part of the training plan that affect the proper functioning of the various operational modules, by applying corrections to the database or creating new data to ensure the functionality of the various interfaces Validates information part of the training modules completed, related to companies and addresses using different sources and business tools, with validation skills through online search methods and in internal documentation. Works with automated online platforms to process daily database creation / modification requests. Meets performance goals according to the training timeline and achievements in the training plan set by the team leader through the annual performance review process (productivity, accuracy, response time) Successful completion of training module for admin level 1. Achieve performance targets set for each module, passing tests and other assessment methods by achieving a score ≥ 80%. Performs any task vital to ensure the efficient operation of the group Performs any other duties assigned by direct supervisor or management related to job responsibilities or compliance with law. ~20% manual request processing, with proven involvement in handling and resolving emails of light-medium complexity. Ensure adequate balance of processed requests as per the ratios agreed part of the training plan for admin level 1. Percentage of a certain request type will be set based on the fluctuations in work volume and available resources to cover incoming volumeWho you are:

For this role, you will need:
Proficient in using online search engines. Basic knowledge in IT preferably in upgrading or implementing systems. English B2 Portuguese B2(a Plus) Open to self-learning based on experience to develop skills; proactive in reporting and addressing unusual situations. Experience in working with targets and objectives is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function. 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in Master Data governance, processes, and Master Data set-up or Financial Accounting (P2P, R2R, O2C), is a distinct advantage. ERP System experience Oracle, SAP, JDE is a distinct advantage. 2 Years of studies on Information technology, Finance, accounting.Our Offer To You
