**Job Description Summary**
FLIGHT DECK is GE Aerospace's proprietary lean operating model designed to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) at GE Aerospace is designed to develop future leaders through a combination of on-the-job experience, formal training, and mentoring. Participants typically rotate through various roles and departments, gaining a broad understanding of the business and developing key skills in leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen. The program aims to prepare graduates for advanced roles within the company by providing them with a strong foundation and diverse experiences
**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Assisting PSLs/FLL in daily operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost KPIs.
+ Able to lead or assist in projects related to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost within the cells.
+ Candidate should have fundamental data analytics knowledge (including leveraging Microsoft Excel to perform quick analytics eg. Run charts and pareto) to collect and analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvements.
+ Have some fundamental knowledge on Lean principles. Implement FLIGHT DECK Fundamentals and other process improvement methodologies (root cause methodology) to optimize operations.
+ Ability to structure, analyses and present complex ideas and data, as well as resolve complex problem. Able to work closely with engineering, quality and other support functions.
+ Must be able to manage time effectively to multitask priorities. Must be able to plan and present progress of the projects and have some fundamental leadership skills.
+ Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills. Can coach, mentor and be an advisor. Able to communicate with groups.
+ Can recognize their audience's needs and adjust their message to meet those demands. Capable of leading and collaborating with groups and grasp team formation principles (storming, norming, performing).
+ Have good interpersonal relationships, influence others, and inspire everyone else to manage and lead.
+ Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to Leaders
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ Candidate will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Technology.
+ A Fresh Graduate or 1 year of relevant working experience.
+ Obtained CGPA 3.50 or above for Bachelor's degree
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Willingness to rotate through different departments and adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
+ Technical proficiency: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, lean principles, and data analytic tools Demonstrated leadership skills through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences
