Assess utilization and inefficiencies on instruments and work with client to maximize testing capabilitiesAnalyze test menu and ordering patterns to assess gaps and provide solutionsAdd solutions, including assays, software, and service offerings to help client achieve strategic priorities or improve efficienciesDeliver insights for operational improvement that will directly impact clientKPI’s through assays, DHS, Hematology, and/or other solutionsDrive Alinity, Hematology and Digital Health Solutions solutions at every accountContinue to manage post-sales client support activities, such asConfidently operate all Alinity InstrumentsInstall and configure assays on the Alinity instrumentPerform assay integration, calibration, precision, linearity and method comparisons for the AlinityArticulate performance of the assay, interpret data, draw insightsPerform initial assay troubleshootingc) CLIENT LOYALTY

Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor´s/Engineering degree in bio-medical/electrical/mechanical/medical technology/biology/pharmacy or commercial is preferred.4. Background
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Diagnostic Industry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, improving profitability of accounts.Ideally a proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.Excellent product and industry knowledge.Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.Strong solution selling and relationship building skills.Excellent communication skills.Fluent in local language and English, additional languages are advantageous.5.
