Geek Squad Customer Care Agent
As a Geek Squad Customer Care Agent, you’ll resolve delivery and installation issues for our clients. These topics include product or property damage, system issues, product availability, rescheduling and status updates. You’ll work daily with retail stores, field support and external customers. You’ll need to demonstrate effective relationship-building skills, polished communication and a commitment to improving customer experiences.
