**What is the job about?**
Based at our Facility in Indija, Serbia, you will become a part of the Group Environment Health and Safety, Strategy, Planning and Execution Team (GEHS SP&E), consisting of 9 highly skilled colleagues based in Denmark and Serbia. The Team is responsible for deploying and implementing business processes and projects across primarily our Own Operations, and we aim at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability across the organization.
**Your main responsibilities**
As theAdministrator/Secretary, you will play an important role of supporting the colleagues in Group EHS with various tasks and your mainresponsibilities will be to perform:
+ Administrative tasks in the function.
+ Arrange meetings, team seminars and events
+ Create Purchasing Orders
+ Prepare presentations
+ Maintain contact lists.
+ Perform practical administrative support to colleagues when needed.
+ Documentation tasks in the function
+ GEHS SharePoint Site - point of contact for updates and supporting guidelines and rules for content on the site.
+ Support on Management system document updates.
+ Acting as Content Manager for GEHS Teams Site.
+ Systems support
+ Support IT Tools owned by Group EHS such as Service Now, Sphera, SIMS, ChemMan and RiskMan.
**Your background**
We are open to different backgrounds and experiences - the most important thing is that you have hands-on experience preferably from a Global company and are eager to provide support for your colleagues.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
+ A vocational certificate, associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
+ English Proficiency Advanced
+ Strong communication skills, written and verbal, English
+ Mastering relevant IT tools – especially Microsoft 365
+ Experience in driving well-defined processes within Administration and Business Support.
+ Ability to participate in work with processes and projects.
+ Interest in working with digital tools
+ Interest in EHS topics
