Ensuring any unground pieces are reprocessed + Ensure the final product is stored securely in the appropriate silo, maintaining readiness for further use or shipment + Perform essential housekeeping task, including cleaning and shoveling, even in challenging conditions, to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for all **Required Qualifications** + Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship + Must be 18 years or older + Possession of or ability to obtain a driver’s license + Basic Computer skills + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Must be able to work weekends + Must provide work history for further consideration **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous Cargill Experience + Experience working in challenging conditions + Experience working with organic material **Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
