**Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify Opportunities: Analyze business processes and data sets to identify opportunities for leveraging Generative AI to optimize efficiency enhance customer experience and create new business value.
- Develop Solutions: Design and develop innovative solutions using Generative AI techniques including but not limited to Natural Language Processing (NLP) computer vision and deep learning models.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect clean and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate the performance of Generative AI models.
- Solution Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to implement and integrate Generative AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in Generative AI and explore their potential applications within the financial industry.
- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
**Nice to Have:**
- Issue Management: Leverage Generative AI to streamline and optimize issue management processes including identification tracking resolution and reporting.
- Risk Mitigation: Apply Generative AI to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within existing processes and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience (2+ years) working with Generative AI technologies (NLP computer vision deep learning).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a diverse audience.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory landscape is a plus.
- Experience with issue management processes within a financial institution is a plus.
