Duties and Responsibilities Gallatin College seeks instructors to teach Natural Science courses in Bozeman at either our MSU or East Frontage Rd locations in one or more of the following specialty areas: Physics, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Ecology, or related disciplines. Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills Master’s degree in relevant area Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues within and outside the department Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills College level teaching experience Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity The Successful Candidate Will Work professionally and effectively with diverse individuals. Possess effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Have the ability to contribute positively to the academic success of the students and the mission of Gallatin College Montana State University. Gallatin College offers two degree programs for transfer and general education:
The Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree

Provides a foundation of general education studies with a concentration of coursework in the arts, humanities, and social sciences.
The Associate of Science (A.S.) degree

Appointments may be on a part-time basis and vary in duration, a couple weeks, a semester or an academic year, depending on the specific needs of the department or program. Salary is dependent on the number of courses taught and duration.
