We are collaborating with an innovative startup that is changing the digital storytelling landscape. They are seeking a Generative AI Image Senior Specialist to join their dynamic international AI team. In this role, you will help enhance their AI-driven storytelling platform, enabling users to fully realize their creative ideas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and refining generative models, focusing on creating cohesive and engaging images.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion) for multimedia applications. Optimize image models and create fine-tunes/extensions using InstantID, ControlNets, and IPAdapters. Develop workflows in Python and PyTorch. Maintain high code quality and contribute to peer code reviews. Stay updated on the latest AI research and integrate findings into open-source projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with image generation models. Strong background in Python and deep learning frameworks (especially PyTorch). Experience with low-rank and full fine-tuning using Diffusers and other training methods.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong programming skills. Familiarity with Azure for deploying AI models. Track record of contributing to open-source AI projects. Portfolio showcasing relevant work. Experience with large-scale generative AI challenges. Understanding of event-driven architectures and RESTful APIs. Recent publications in top-tier conferences like NeuRIPS, CVPR, or ICML are a plus.
