Job Description A client is looking for a GenAI BI Developer to design and implement GenAI powered conversational assistants (chatbots) that enables users to query dashboards and receive real time insights. They will implement NLP models that allows users to ask data driven questions in English and receive answers i.e. what are the sales trends for Q3. Their role involves: building AI powered BI solutions integrating GenAI models with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to generate insights, automate report creation, and provide natural language querying. They will use machine learning and AI models to generate forecasts, detect anomalies, and recommend actions based on business data. They will leverage AI to clean, transform, and process data more efficiently, reducing manual effort in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Additionally, they will train and fine-tuning AI models to align with business needs, ensuring relevance and accuracy in generated insights and well as use AI to suggest the best ways to visualize data dynamically based on patterns and user preferences. They will also manage AI-related risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and maintaining accuracy in AI-generated insights. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in BI development, AI/ML, or data analytics. Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and their APIs for data extraction. Strong background in Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.). Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models for AI-enhanced search. Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data modeling, and database optimization (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.). Understanding of data privacy, security, and governance frameworks in AI applications. Experience in embedding AI models into BI dashboards for automated insights. Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering. Prior work in developing conversational AI or chatbot solutions.
