The role will be part of the IT-Processes Team.

 

This new role will drive the adoption and maximization of Artificial Intelligence within Bruker CALID, fostering innovation and growth. The GenAI Innovator will integrate AI into Bruker CALID Processes, maximizing benefits by exploring new growth areas, developing business ideas, and establishing strategic AI understanding across departments. Responsibilities include collaborating with R&D, Operations, Product Management, and administrative functions to enhance productivity through AI, ensuring data protection and IT compliance, monitoring AI implementation health, and establishing pilot projects with clear results and minimal viable products.

 

We are looking as of now in full-time for our office in Bremen, Ettlingen or remote for a GenAI Innovator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities Lead projects to add AI in the Bruker CALID group to boost productivity and growth.Find new growth chances, create and test new business ideas, and support an innovative environment.Choose and rank projects based on how doable they are, their potential impact, and fit with company goals.Give technical and business advice to project teams and provide the tools needed for AI development and testing.Set up workshops, seminars, and training to improve the team's skills in the latest AI technologies.Build partnerships with universities, research institutions, and tech companies to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.Monitor AI projects to ensure they follow data protection rules and track progress against set milestones and KPIs.Ensure all AI projects follow ethical guidelines, respect privacy, and minimize biases.Start and manage AI pilot projects with clear goals, and create minimal viable products for implementation. Qualifications Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business.Proven experience in driving innovation and creating projects from identified use cases.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and test new business ideas.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various departments.Understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to AI, including data protection and privacy would be beneficial.A strong educational background in AI, business, or related fields. Advanced degrees such as a Master's or Ph.D. are advantageous.Experience of working in a corporate environment.
