The role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GenAI Strategist to lead and drive strategic initiatives, with a focus on crafting compelling narratives and storytelling around our team's vision. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, creative vision, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding market trends, partnering with varying teams, and translating complex information into engaging presentations for a variety of audiences, both internal and external. Those that are comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, can meet the rapid pace, change and iteration required, and enjoy managing through change, may really enjoy this scope of work. Responsibilities: + Vision & Narrative Development: + Develop and articulate a clear and compelling vision and narrative for the team's strategic direction. + Craft compelling stories that resonate with various audiences, including executives, partners, and customers. + Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable and engaging narratives. + Presentation Development & Delivery: + Create and deliver impactful presentations for internal and external audiences of varying sizes, from small team meetings to large-scale conferences. + Design visually appealing and informative presentation materials that effectively communicate key messages. + Confidently present and articulate program updates, strategic recommendations, and team vision to diverse stakeholders. + Market & Trend Analysis: + Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities. + Analyze data and insights to inform strategic decision-making and program development. + Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: + Partner with various teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and sales, to gather input and align on program goals. + Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different functional groups. + Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program success. + Program Management & Execution: + Manage timelines, content, progress and collaboration between organizations + Ensure content is delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards. + Use Case Integration: + Gather and analyze diverse use cases from various stakeholders. + Integrate these use cases into a cohesive and comprehensive program narrative. + Ensure the program effectively addresses the needs of different user groups. + Have a natural technical curiosity to map research to GenAI strategy Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. + 7+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex programs. + Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling narratives and stories. + Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, 1 with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. + Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis. + Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Experience with program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). + Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. + Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides). + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. + A passion for innovation and a desire to make a significant impact. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $165,000 - $261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
