Join us. **Job Description** This role will primarily support the completion of month-end activities by preparing, analyzing, and reporting simple financial transactions and information. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. **Responsibilities & Duties** + Ensure timely and accurate completion of journal entries, month-end activities, and reports. + Create accruals and prepayment schedules. + Generate system reports to support the month-end activities. + Assist with investigations concerning financial transactions affecting the general ledger. + Analyzes reports for trends, variances, and movements + Assist in audit-related requirements. + Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead/Manager for timely resolution. + Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required. + Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures. + Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and resolving common and recurring issues. + Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes. + Assist in BIR filling, reporting, and compliance. + Perform integrated revenue and expense analyses and projections and may prepare related reports and presentations. + Create and analyze periodic reports related to treasury activities. + Ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. + Prepare daily and weekly cash flow forecasts and actual reports. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses + 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting + Experience with local finance is a must. + Must be amenable to work 3x per week in the office. + Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools + Working knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls. + Experience working with ERP, e.i., Oracle is an advantage but is not required.
