Role Accountabilities:

· Reviews balance sheet reconciliation reports, ensuring that all relevant schedules and analyses are thoroughly

prepared and available on a monthly basis to support accurate financial reporting.

· Oversees the recording and depreciation of fixed assets, including implementing IFRS16 adjustments to maintain

compliance with accounting standards.

· Works closely with the Global Shared Service Center (GSSC) team to coordinate and manage bank reconciliation

activities, ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting.

· Collaborates with GSSC to address intercompany-related concerns and transactions, ensuring seamless financial

operations across entities.

· Is responsible for the overhead allocations to Global Business Areas (GBAs) and ensures that GBA reports are

accurate and provided timely.

· Performs variance analysis/P&L review and reports to business partners.

· Acts as the primary point of contact for the Romania and Regional business units, as well as GSSC as a whole,

maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any financial concerns or queries.

· Identifies and recommends areas for standardization and process improvement to enhance efficiency and

effectiveness in financial operations.

· Develops and maintains strong relationships with various stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and understanding of

financial processes and objectives.

· Engages in the planning and forecasting process for GBA Controlled Costs, contributing to accurate budget

projections and financial planning.

· Supports the statutory reporting processes for the Philippines & Romania, ensuring compliance with regulatory

requirements and timelines including coordination with GSSC regarding OneStream quarter-end submissions.

· Performs other accounting-related functions as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work

environment

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's/College Degree, major in Accountancy, CPA is required

· 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting and reporting and budgeting

· Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures

· Exposure in Shared service or Multinational environment is an advantage

· Experience in ERP system is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required. Knowledge in Power Query is an

advantage.

· Knowledge in the actual implementation/application of IFR/PFR Standards

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Results oriented

· Strong negotiating and influencing skills in order to challenge the regions

· Strong stakeholder management

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout
