General Assembly | $18/hr

Hours: 1st Shift 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday OT on Fridays as needed

Aventure Staffing is hiring a Paint Line Operator in Laurens, IA focused on hydraulic cylinders  to join their production team . In this role, you’ll prep, paint, and finish components using spray or powder coating systems, ensuring a high-quality finish every time.

Responsibilities:

Assist with assembling hydraulic cylinder components or related parts, often under direction or supervision. Handle materials and parts — moving, staging, or placing raw materials or components; unloading and organizing inventory or stock bins Operate or assist with machinery or shop tools (hand tools, power tools, possibly machine shop equipment, presses, etc.), depending on training and assignment Inspect, deburr, or clean parts/components, and perform basic quality checks to confirm parts meet Follow all safety and quality protocols Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED  Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and safety Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
