We are hiring for a General Clerk to work in various department at our Lougheed PriceSmart Foods location in Burnaby, BC. Departments include Grocery and Receiving.

You will be responsible for:

Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team membersSharing product knowledge with customersEnsuring the department is well stocked and presentedLoading and unloading trucksProcessing invoicesUsing a variety of equipment including manual and power jacks – training availableEnsuring only the freshest products are displayedHandling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experienceCleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environmentUsing a variety of equipment, including knives

You have:

A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (considered an asset).

Compensation Details:

$17.40 - $21.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
