General Clerk III
Overview Highlight is seeking a highly qualified individual for a full-time General Clerk III position to provide documentation and call center support for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Birmingham Disaster Loan Servicing Center. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and a strong team player with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and document processing skills are a must. The ideal candidate will also enjoy learning new software skills. Responsibilities Choose among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions. Select or devise steps necessary to complete assignments. Assist in a variety of administrative matters. Maintain a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically). Qualifications U.S. Citizenship. Public Trust eligibility. High School Diploma 8 years of professional experience Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous clerical experience preferred.
