Our client, a leading communications services provider in Columbus, OH, is seeking a skilled General Contractor to join their team. This role involves a range of property maintenance and remodeling tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and light HVAC work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interior framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and other general carpentry tasks, including fiberboard, drywall, and ceiling tile installation.Utilize strong tape-measure skills and follow custom specifications with precision.Operate hand and power tools, including chop saws, effectively and safely.Handle light HVAC tasks, such as diffuser installation, return grills, and flex ducting.Conduct remodeling and property maintenance tasks, including light plumbing, fixture repair, and door installation.Execute light assembly work, such as drafting chairs and covers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in remodeling or property maintenance, with skills in light plumbing, fixture repair, and door installation.Strong tape-measure skills with the ability to adhere to custom specifications.Proficient in using hand and power tools, including chop saws.Previous experience with light HVAC work and assembly tasks is a plus.

Compensation and Schedule:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMPay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
