Starting Wage: $22.44/hr with increase to job-specific rate upon qualification
The starting pay rate for this position is $22.44/hr depending on your role, level, and location. We are currently seeking manufacturing candidates for heavy industrial work to join our team in our box plant in Minneapolis, MN. Primary Duties Include:
• Safely performing a wide range of tasks to operate manufacturing machinery
• Performing quality checks
• Producing a product meeting customer specifications and expectations
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift
• Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload
• Contribute to a collaborative safety culture that drives results.
• Other duties as assigned
