**Job Title: General Labor** **Job Description** We are currently seeking 2 general laborers for a precast concrete manufacturing facility. These candidates will be working both inside and outside. A majority of the day will be spent helping machine operators from start to finish creating the molds, setting up cages, and moving material throughout the facility. Parts of the day will be spent outside doing patch/finish work on the molds. Candidates will need to help clean using air tools. **Responsibilities** + Assist machine operators in creating molds and setting up cages. + Move materials throughout the facility. + Perform patch/finish work on molds outdoors. + Clean using air tools. + Consistently lift up to 75lbs. + Read a tape measure accurately. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction labor, concrete, and general labor. + Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently. + Good attendance record. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing, production, and rebar work. + References speaking to good attendance. + Comfortable with heavy lifting all day. **Why Work Here?** We offer a $1 raise after 4 months and a long-term career opportunity with year-round construction work. Our company provides outstanding benefits. **Work Environment** This facility is not climate controlled, and candidates will be working both indoors and outdoors. The environment is noisy, requiring hearing protection, and involves a lot of moving parts and equipment. Candidates must be comfortable getting dirty and heavy lifting all day. During peak season until November, the schedule is 6 or 6:30 AM to 5 PM, working 60+ hours per week.
