**Job Title: General Labor**
**Job Description**
This position involves performing general cleaning and sanitation duties in a flour mill. Tasks include sweeping, mopping floors, replacing light bulbs, and shoveling flour into barrels for manufacturing. Candidates must be flexible, have a strong work ethic, and take direction well. The role requires working independently across multiple floors and exterior areas of the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow strict food manufacturing safety guidelines.
+ Continuously clean up piles of flour using brooms and shovels.
+ Work on your feet for the entire shift.
+ Perform general cleaning and sanitation of the facility including sweeping, mopping floors, and replacing light bulbs.
+ Shovel flour into barrels used for manufacturing.
+ Clean up flour on all nine floors of the facility and the exterior.
+ Work independently and take direction well.

**Work Environment**
The facility maintains a safety-conscious environment at all times. Contractors are required to wear work pants, shirt, steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, hair net, and beard net, and must follow all GMP requirements. The building is an old brick structure that is typically very warm, and candidates should be prepared to work on every level of the building. Shifts are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with expectations of working six days per week, and overtime available after 40 hours.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
