General Laborer – Construction and Carpentry

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer with at least 1 year of carpentry experience to join a local construction team. This role supports a wide range of construction tasks, from site preparation and cleanup to assisting skilled trades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on carpentry knowledge and the ability to use basic tools to support building, repair, and installation work.

Essential Functions and Duties: Assist with daily construction site tasks, including setup, cleanup, and material handling Support carpenters and other skilled trades by cutting, measuring, and assembling materials Perform basic carpentry work such as framing, installing trim, and minor repairs Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely Load, unload, and organize construction materials and supplies Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned to support the project and team
