General Labor Quality Control
Overview
Time Staffing is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual for a role in Quality Control as a General Labor Quality Control Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products meet the highest quality standards by conducting inspections, tests, and measurements, analyzing data, and making recommendations for process improvements. Required Skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Basic knowledge of quality control principles and procedures.
* Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment like calipers, gauges, micrometers.
Nice to Have Skills
* Experience with quality control software and data analysis tools.
* Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
* Certification in quality control or a related field ISO 9001.
* Experience with process improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.
Preferred Education and Experience
*1-2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field.
* Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
Other Requirements
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with production teams.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
* Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
