We are currently seeking a General Laborer to join our team.

\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n

As a General Laborer, you’ll play a key role in the tire retreading process, helping us deliver a high-quality, cost-effective product to our customers. This is a hands-on role in a production setting, where you will be working in a fast-paced and hot environment.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n\n\t\n\t

Inspect and buff tire carcasses in preparation for retreading

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Apply rubber compounds to prepare tires for curing

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Operate curing equipment to process retreaded tires

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Conduct quality control checks on finished products

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Scan tires at each stage to maintain accurate tracking

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Follow all safety policies and use appropriate protective equipment

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Perform other duties as assigned by management

\n\t\n\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n\n\t\n\t

High School Diploma or GED preferred

\n\t\n\tAbility to follow safety procedures and work safely at all times\n\t\n\t

Willingness to work in a hot and physically demanding environment.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-paced setting

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. or more.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Goal-oriented with a commitment to meeting production and quality standards

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Flexibility to work Saturdays, as needed

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Must comply with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
