Temp-to-Hire position$15.50 to $18.50 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 05:30pm)Perform welding tasks, including MIG and TIG welding, to assemble metal components and structures according to specifications.Apply spray foam insulation to container walls and ceilings to provide thermal and acoustic insulation properties.Assemble structural frames and support components for steel containers, cabins, and other products.Install electrical wiring, components, and fixtures in containers and cabins to provide lighting, power outlets, and other electrical systems.General Laborer Qualifications:
Proven experience in manufacturing or construction, with proficiency in multiple production skills.Strong technical skills and ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively.Knowledge of welding techniques, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and construction principles.Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment (preferred).Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
