**Job Title: Laborer** **Pay Rate: $19/Hr.** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and reliable laborers to join our team in creating concrete piping and manholes. This role requires the ability to read a tape measure and understand basic blueprints. Experience in concrete work or construction is highly beneficial. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret tape measures and basic blueprints. + Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50lbs. + Assemble rebar to fit inside molds for concrete pipes. + Utilize hand tools and power tools with proficiency. + Understand and execute project build-outs based on prints. + Move and drag finished parts to the finishing area. + Use hand sanders to finish dried concrete. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction, concrete work, or mechanical assembly. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Understanding of basic blueprints. + Basic hand-eye coordination. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months to a year of experience in manufacturing, concrete, or construction. + Strong attendance and reliability. + Willingness to assist in various tasks around the facility. **Why Work Here?** We offer a 401k plan, benefits, and vacation time once hired.
