**General Laborer / Forklift Operator** Join Our Team! Are you a dedicated and hardworking individual looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a General Laborer / Forklift Operator to become a vital part of our team! Start your journey in our Shipping department for 2-3 days to gain a comprehensive understanding of our daily operations. After your training, you’ll transition into your specific role, which may include Saw Operating, General Labor, Shipping, or Forklift Operating. **Key Responsibilities:** + Pull materials to prepare for sawing + Collaborate effectively within a team environment + Accurately read tape measures + Utilize basic math skills + Lift up to 50 lbs consistently + Complete forklift training and certification + Perform hands-on tasks with a strong work ethic **Essential Skills:** + Forklift operation + Proficiency in reading tape measures + Experience with calipers and micrometers + Basic mathematics + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Previous manufacturing experience + Familiarity with saw operation + Material handling experience + Experience with measuring tools (Tape Measure, Micrometer, Calipers) + Forklift certification is a plus! **Why Work Here?** Join a company that prioritizes family values and maintains an open-door policy with our Plant Manager.
