RESPONSIBILITIES 

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all facilities   Troubleshoot and repairs electrical circuits and fixtures   Troubleshoot and repairs HVAC systems   Repair roofing systems by replacing shingles, chalking and flashing   Repair drywall by mudding and spackling   Replace trim, molding and casings   Repair doors, locks and jams   Troubleshoot and make plumbing repairs   Complete minor projects   Use manual and power tools to accomplish tasks   Apply paints and sealers to keep appearance optimal   Assist with general clean up, including bush and tree trimming or removal, edging, painting (curbs, parking spaces), and sign and fence maintenance   Assist in the safe and secure movement and storage of property   Assist in the repair roadways including smoothing non-paved surfaces and filling potholes   Replace air filters regularly   Other duties as assigned  

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

High School Diploma or equivalent is required   Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record for the last three years   Must be willing to operate Company vehicle   Two years of experience in maintenance and/or construction required   Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion    Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process   Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment  

 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

 

Work is based in a busy environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details related to specific working conditions may be outlined in your Statement of Work or Employment Agreement.
