**We are currently looking for General Laborers for a project in Bristol, IN. This will be a short term project for the next 3-4 months. We are looking to ramp up for a start class that should walk in within the next 3-4 weeks.** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in an Amazon warehouse that is nearing completion. These laborers will put boxes or totes on the conveyor/system at points and remove them at others as part of this testing process. Testing Laborers will have downtime in between test runs. Beyond box/tote material handling, laborers will be asked to help maintain a clean and safe working environment, load and unload trucks as needed, and assist with other general labor tasks. **Responsibilities** + Place boxes or totes on the conveyor/system at designated points. + Remove boxes or totes from the conveyor/system at designated points. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. + Load and unload trucks as needed. + Assist with general labor tasks as required. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse operation experience. + Flexibility regarding tasks and warehouse duties. + Ability to stand for 8 hours a day. + Positive attitude and open-mindedness. + General labor skills. + Experience in construction, box making, warehouse production, and warehouse pick/pack. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse experience is a plus. + Commercial construction site experience is a plus. + OSHA 10 certification is a plus. **Work Environment** Testing Laborers will be in an active Amazon Warehouse construction site nearing completion. The environment is dynamic, with ongoing construction activities. Employees should be prepared for a physically demanding role, including standing for long periods and handling various warehouse tasks. Safety is a top priority, and appropriate measures are in place to ensure a secure working environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
