**Now Hiring General Laborer's** **Job Description** We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for automated coil manufacturing, painting, sandblasting, and assembly work. This role requires a mechanical skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work 10+ hour shifts. A ton of room for growth for someone who is willing to learn! **Responsibilities** + Set-up wire and access the correct program in the touchscreen to process copper coils used in the stator winding process. + Transport, mask off, and prep stator housing, and utilize a paint gun to apply an even coat of paint to the stator housing. + Load blaster with various parts and perform the sandblasting operation using a flexible blasting hose and clean air hood. + Support other team members in assembly work. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401k plan.
